  • Regular Cleaning: All spa areas, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms, are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected regularly.
  • Sanitizing Treatment Areas: Treatment rooms are sanitized between each client, including all surfaces, tools, and equipment.
  • Hand Hygiene: All staff are required to wash or sanitize their hands before and after each treatment. Hand sanitizers are also available throughout the spa for client use.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Therapists wear appropriate PPE, such as gloves and face masks, during treatments when necessary.

2. Safe Use of Equipment and Tools

We ensure that all equipment and tools used in our treatments meet health and safety standards:

  • Sterilization of Tools: All reusable tools are sterilized using medical-grade sterilization methods. Disposable tools are used where appropriate and are discarded after a single use.
  • Regular Maintenance: All spa equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure it is functioning correctly and safely.

3. Client Health and Safety

Your health and safety are our primary concerns, and we take the following precautions to ensure a safe experience:

  • Client Screening: We ask clients to inform us of any existing health conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to treatment. This allows us to tailor treatments and take necessary precautions.
  • COVID-19 Protocols: In response to ongoing health concerns, we follow local guidelines regarding COVID-19 precautions, including social distancing, mask-wearing, and enhanced sanitation procedures.
  • Sick Policy: We kindly ask clients who are feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness to reschedule their appointments. Similarly, any staff member showing symptoms of illness will not be allowed to work.

4. Staff Health and Safety

The well-being of our staff is essential to providing high-quality services to our clients. We ensure:

  • Health Checks: Staff members are regularly monitored for any signs of illness and are required to stay home if they exhibit any symptoms.

  • Fire Safety: Fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are installed throughout the spa, and all staff are trained in fire evacuation procedures.
  • Emergency Contacts: We keep emergency contact information for all staff and maintain a list of local emergency services to respond quickly in case of an incident.

6. Environmental Considerations

We are dedicated to maintaining an eco-friendly and safe environment by:

  • Use of Safe Products: All spa products used in treatments are non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and environmentally friendly.

7. Client Responsibilities

While we prioritize your safety, we also encourage our clients to:

  • Communicate Health Concerns: Inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment.
  • Follow Guidelines: Adhere to any safety protocols or instructions provided by our staff, including COVID-19 guidelines.
  • Reschedule if Unwell: Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who is ill.
