Welcome to RTM Spa. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including the purchase of packages and gift cards. By using our services, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

At RTM Spa, we strive to offer a relaxing and high-quality experience for every guest. To ensure that we can meet the needs of all our clients, please take note of the following terms:

  • Appointment Times:
    Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time, but you will still be charged for the full service.
  • Health Conditions:
    Kindly inform your therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment. This helps us ensure your safety and tailor the service accordingly.

2. Packages and Gift Cards

  • Validity:
    All packages and gift cards purchased from RTM Spa must be used within 1 year from the date of purchase. After 1 year, they will no longer be valid, and any unused services will expire.

  • Non-Refundable:
    Packages and gift cards are non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be returned for cash or exchanged for any other services.

  • Transferability:
    Gift cards and packages are transferable to other individuals, as long as they are redeemed within the validity period. However, the original purchaser must provide consent for the transfer.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Service Fees:
    All services provided by RTM Spa are non-refundable. Once the service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please speak with management immediately to resolve any issues.

  • Cancellations, No Show and Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a late cancellation fee /no show of CAD 50.

4. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Methods:
    We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards. Payments are due at the time of service or upon booking for certain treatments.

  • Gratuity:
    Gratuities are not included in the service price but are appreciated. For your convenience, you may leave a tip by cash or card.

5. Promotions and Discounts

  • Special Offers:
    Any promotions, discounts, or special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions as outlined in the offer details. These promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified.

  • Expiration:
    Promotional pricing is valid for a limited time only and is subject to availability. Offers cannot be extended past the expiration date.

6. Liability Waiver

By scheduling an appointment at RTM Spa, you acknowledge that all treatments are provided for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, RTM Spa is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions or reactions that may arise as a result of treatments.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
